Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy- At SLEEK, our Head Spa Technicians & Specialists stay fully booked, and each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because of this, we follow a strict cancellation policy to protect their schedule and ensure fairness to all clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment time will have a 30% fee (based on all services client had scheduled) charged to the card on file and no-show appointments will have a 80% fee (based on all services client has scheduled) charged to the card on file. 

Hair Color- Head Spa Treatments should be done prior to your hair color appointment. Anytime after hair color (up to 2 weeks) is almost guaranteed to somewhat fade color as this is a deep cleansing treatment and uses warmer water temperatures. A color fading waiver is something you will acknowledge when booking your appointment. 

Pregnancy- As long as you are comfortable laying on your back feel free to book an appointment. If you are pregnant you will need to disclose that in the form upon booking as essential oils will be avoided in late term pregnancies. However SLEEK Head Spa Technicians and Specialists are not medical professionals and you should always consult a doctor before participating in spa/salon services while pregnant/breastfeeding. 

Medical Related Scalp Conditions- You should never disregard a doctor's recommendations or assume that a Head Spa Treatment would override any prescriptions/topical solutions you are currently taking/using for scalp conditions. 

Duo Head Spa Pricing- Prices shown is listed PER person. If booking as a Duo Head Spa, the total price would be charged at double the listed rate. You have the option to pay together or separate at checkout.
