Refund policy

To initiate a return, please contact us at sleeksalonspa@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Returns must be completed within 30 days of the delivery date. After your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
